From out the ether comes a generation more preoccupied with the past than any other before. Fanny packs, RGB, the Golden Age, Gibauds, nylon, all seeping from the collective fetal subconscious of twenty-something knuckleheads to confundity of their elder counterparts. Dissatisfied with the present state of culture and heavily influenced by the immediacy of information via the Internet, this new generation seems to be progressively reaching backwards, cross-pollinating the sensory overload of 16-bit video games with the non-aesthetics of punk.
